Move In & Move Out Information
Move In
Renting a unit at Milaca Mini Storage is quick and easy! When renting a unit, you have the option to either Move In right away or Reserve a unit, which will hold the space for up to two weeks with a $25 reservation fee (which will be credited back to your account at move in)!
When you arrive at your unit, you will find a brand new disc lock inside. Once you move your belongings in, please make sure that you set your combination on the lock and install it on the unit door.
Move Out
If you no longer need your unit, please let us know two weeks prior to move out. To put in your notice, give us a call at 320-584-2266. Once you have moved your belongings out, please sweep the unit and send a photo of the empty/swept out unit to 320-584-2266.

- Head east on 2nd St NW toward Central Ave N
- Turn left onto Central Ave N
- Turn right onto 8th St NE
- Turn left
- Milaca Mini Storage will be on the left
From Foreston, MN:
- Head north toward Main St
- Continue onto Main Ave
- Turn right onto MN-23 E
- Turn left onto Central Ave S
- Turn right onto 8th St NE
- Turn left
- Milaca Mini Storage will be on the left
From Bock, MN:
- Take Toberg Ave to MN-23 W
- Head northeast on 70th Ave toward Toberg Ave
- Turn left onto Toberg Ave
- Turn left at the 1st cross street onto MN-23 W
- Continue on 110th Ave to your destination
- Turn right onto 110th Ave
- Turn left onto 150th St
- Turn left onto Enterprise Ave
- Turn left onto 8th St NE
- Turn left
- Milaca Mini Storage will be on the left
From Pease, MN:
- Take 105th St/Main St to US-169 N
- Head east on 1st St toward Central Ave
- Turn right onto 105th St/Main St
- Follow US-169 N to MN-23 E in Milaca. Take the MN-23 exit from US-169 N
- Turn left onto US-169 N
- Take the MN-23 exit toward Milaca
- Take 110th Ave and 150th St to your destination
- Turn right onto MN-23 E
- Turn left onto 110th Ave
- Turn left onto 150th St
- Turn left onto Enterprise Ave
- Turn left onto 8th St NE

I found this place online and needed to put my stuff somewhere ASAP. I rented a unit on their website and got a combo to move in and it worked out great. Didn’t have to talk to or meet anyone, thanks :)
